Job Scope:
- Installing workstations, 15 hard offices, four conference rooms, a training room, and an ancillary in the lobby areas.
- The project location was in Sequim, WA, which is two and a half hours from the Lile Tacoma branch.
- We are providing storage of supplies and equipment. As well as receiving and delivery of the items to the worksite.
- Lile provided two drivers and two helpers for the project. Action Services provided four installers.
- The project duration was three days, from November 22 to November 24, 2021.
Overview:
Lile Relocation Services and Action Services teamed up to take on this project for Wenaha Group at the Jamestown Family Health Clinic in Sequim, WA. The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe owns and operates the clinic, which provides primary medical services to Tribal citizens and Non-tribal community members seeking quality healthcare in the area. Lile and Action Services provided this project’s product receiving, delivery, storage, and installation services. One of the biggest challenges for this project was the location in Sequim, which is two and a half hours outside Tacoma, WA. Planning was vital to ensuring we delivered the right furniture on the correct days to meet the project deadline. The partition of Lile’s part of the project lasted three days. The site was still under construction, so the moving and installation crews needed to wear full PPE while working.
