I hired Lile and North American for a small move from Portland, OR to Minneapolis. David Valencia helped me all the way through the move, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. He was super responsive to my needs/concerns through the bid process and after I confirmed the move. The load in Portland had the drivers there on time, and they worked efficiently and took care with all my stuff. Today I received my goods in Minneapolis. Most importantly, everything arrived safely. When the truck arrived today, there was a disagreement with the driver about the manner of which goods were to be delivered. I will clarify that the driver was a North American Van Line driver based out of a different location, not a Lile’s driver. David answered immediately and was super understanding in sharing my concerns. After we concluded our call, he looped in the owner who promptly followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Sometimes things don’t always go perfectly according to plan, but it’s how you deal with that adversity when it arises. I feel so fortunate that David and the team at Lile were there for me throughout my move, but especially today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our agent, Scott, was detail-oriented and prepared us well for our first interstate move. Our driver and his crew handled our fragile treasures with care and demonstrated a wealth of experience. Fabulous company to work with. Had an above size job. Showed up right when they said they would arrive to move me out of my home. Due to complications of closing on a new house, they were willing to hold all of my belongings for 2 weeks until I was able to move in. Upon move-in, again, showed up on time and stayed until they were finished..about 12 hours. Very friendly and thorough employees. Very glad I was able to obtain the services on Lile to execute this move. Will definitely use them again.

The best moving crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They made my life so easy! Not only did they load the truck, but they came 2 days before and packed everything up in my house for me. They went the extra mile by wrapping and padding everything that wasn’t boxed. When they delivered it, they asked me where I wanted things and if I wanted them to unbox and unwrap everything. Of course, I said yes! I actually felt like I was at home in my new place the first night. They even hauled off all of the trash and empty boxes. Amazing Service!

I want to let you know Martin and his crew are rock-stars! With all the rescheduling and COVID issues they were responsive and able to reschedule 3 or 4 times in the past several months. When the time came to go they made their schedule as promised, in and out in about an hour. We used Lile for a one-state move – Oregon to Washington. The entire process from the quote to the team executing the move made this a stress-free move. The team from Lile was wonderful. The quote process was quick, easy, and accurate. Actually, the final price came in a few hundred dollars below the estimate. When the team arrived (on time) to load up for the move they handled all our items with care as well as protecting the walls doors and flooring of the home we were moving out of. They loaded quickly and efficiently and inventoried every box and item by number. When they arrived at our new home the next morning (again on time) there was an inventory sheet for me to mark off as items came into our new home and I directed them to the appropriate room. All was accomplished very quickly and accurately with the utmost care. Nothing was damaged or broken and the entire process was easy and the staff was all very pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate for a moment recommending Lile or using them again if needed.
