A Dedicated Facilities & Office Relocation Partnership
Lile’s relationship with Daimler began in 1994, when Lile was invited to perform moving and furniture installation services at the Swan Island campus. What started as project-based support has evolved into a fully integrated, on-site operation.
Today, Lile provides Daimler with a dedicated four-person office relocation crew, including a full-time, on-site Project Manager. This team works closely with Daimler’s Property Building Management group to support:
Daily facility operations
Internal office moves and reconfigurations
Furniture installation and reinstallation
Multi-site office relocations
Projects involving sensitive or specialized equipment
The Lile team meets weekly with Daimler’s Facilities Management team, architectural firm partners, and other campus vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to employees.
Warehouse & Furniture Distribution Services
In addition to on-site office relocation support, Lile’s Warehouse & Distribution division plays a critical role in Daimler’s furniture lifecycle management.
Lile receives, stores, and manages all new and surplus furniture and furnishing assets for Daimler at Lile’s secure warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon. This centralized approach allows Daimler to efficiently reuse assets, reduce waste, and respond quickly to changing workspace needs across their campus and offsite facilities.
